Testimonials

The first week back has been amazing, with lots of “wows” from children and parents alike.

I would like to thank you for the dedication everyone showed on this job – all the contractors on site worked so hard to produce a high quality end result. It is not the easiest site, but again everyone was able to work around each other to make sure the children could finish last term safely and get back to school on time.

The school now has a light, modern feel without compromising its history and the new exterior blends beautifully with the old. Your attention to detail and energy to keep all the contractors working to time and standard has been fantastic.

Please pass our thanks to all the contractors who took part in the project. May I particularly ask you to thank Ben who turned his hand to everything at the end and ensured all was ready for the hand-over.

I hope to hear from you again soon regarding completion of the loft and also for a quotation for the canopy. Also, please pop in at any time now that we have finished unpacking, so that you can take your photo’s! Yours sincerely

I would like to express my gratitude and thanks for the works that have been successfully carried out at the Bradgate Mental Health Unit.

The environment in which the work was undertaken was very challenging. Your team fully engaged with ward management and co-ordinated the work with respect, thoughtfulness and efficiency.

Please convey my sincere thanks to the team and thank you for all your help.

Tanwood are on Leicestershire County Council’s approved contractor list.  It is our experience that Tanwood are a delight to work with, very responsive, deliver good outcomes and have a professional approach.  We easily place our confidence with them.

One particular instance springs to mind.  Extensive areas of suspended ceilings in a number of occupied rooms were found to be defective.  The ceilings required removal at the earliest opportunity with the least disruption to the service users as is possible.

Tanwood responded within an hour in force and removed hundreds of square meters within a few hours after the occupants had left for the evening.  The operation was executed with precision and the result was the ceilings were removed without disruption to the occupants.  The task by nature was such that debris would fall.  Tanwood left the areas in a very clean and tidy condition after the removal.  Suffice to say the reinstallation of the ceilings and lighting was as successful.  It was a joy to be associated with such a well-executed operation and our service users were delighted.
